Business Operation Centre (BOC):
The BOC serves as the think tank for our Central Marketing Group. Monitoring thirty system houses and nearly ten area offices, the BOC not only covers all parts of India, its outreach provides our customers the advantage of a well-informed and easily-accessible point of contact.
The BOC ensures that customers get the product-mix of their choice, while keeping in mind their specific requirement. Technology Nerve Centre (TNC):
A team of over 35 highly-qualified engineering experts make up the Technology Nerve Centre. The TNC is constantly engaged in finding precise solutions for critical processes, identifying ways to optimize customer’s production and initiating cost-efficient solutions.
This Centre is unique in that it provides customers direct access to an applications lab where they can actually experience the working of any product with the aid of simulation aids which facilitates building models of integrated systems before their final installation.

Service and Repair Centre:
The high-tech repair centre follows standard repair practices while extending warranty and non-warranty support on all Mitsubishi products. The centre provides component level repair services for all Mitsubishi FA products. This is done within the shortest time and minimum cost of repair.
Our service centers at Pune, Gurgaon, Rudrapur and Chennai stand testimony to Messung’s intricate pan-India network, thus providing extensive after-sales support and services. Our commitment to the customer ensures these service centers are outfitted with service engineers round-the-clock to attend to breakdown calls, replenishment of spare part stocks and training facilities, thereby extending superior service as and when required.
Training Centre:
An Immaculate, permanent training facility provides regular training programs to our esteemed customers. The training program includes scheduled product training's or customized training sessions suiting customer needs.
